moncity9 Platform Use

1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and moncity9, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. These Terms govern access to and use of the moncity9.net website, including all services, games, promotions and features provided on it.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. The following are responsibilities that every moncity9 player must observe:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone.
• Report to moncity9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not transfer, sell or give your account to any other party.
• Ensure the account is used solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial purposes.
• Do not use automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.

moncity9 is not responsible for any losses arising from you sharing your login details with another party or failing to maintain the security of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The moncity9 platform supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for each withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours, subject to any required verification process.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may be withdrawn via the same method used for the deposit, subject to current policy.
• Verification required: moncity9 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

moncity9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to our players. All promotional offers are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus use: Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• VIP Programme: moncity9 offers a VIP programme with three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%). Players advance to higher tiers based on their betting activity.
• moncity9's rights: moncity9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Player Conduct

All moncity9 players are expected to act fairly and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of fraud, cheating or unauthorised means to gain an advantage in games.
• Collusion or cooperating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any other illegal activity.
• Disturbing, threatening or harassing other players or moncity9 staff.

moncity9 uses an active monitoring system to detect any suspicious behaviour. Any violation may result in immediate account freezing and confiscation of balances.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

moncity9 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed fraud or attempted fraud.
• Self-exclusion request by the player under the responsible gambling programme.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed at the player's own request or due to responsible gambling reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the player once the required verification process is completed.

8. Liability Limits

moncity9 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues or internet outages beyond our control.
• Any financial losses resulting from the player's own betting decisions.
• Errors or inaccuracies made by the player when entering account or transaction information.
• Actions by third parties that affect the platform beyond moncity9's control.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of moncity9 to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding any claim.
